The Fun & Fellowship team is exactly as it sounds! We are singles, couples, families and neighbors, looking to share fun activities with other Wildflowers and visitors! Our new team and coordinators are starting off 2019 with Family Game Night, on the 4th Saturday of every month from 6:30-8:30 pm. We are also in the process of adding fantastically fun coordinators for passionate Wildflowers: Shelia Rae and Rebecca Fletcher are co-coordinators of Arts & Crafts, Mark Briody is the Theater coordinator, and Rebecca Fletcher and Ike Eickstaedt are co-coordinators for Karaoke. Do you have a passion in a specific area or areas you’d love to share? A bit shy but ready to come out and play? Let us know if you’d like to be a Fun & Fellowship coordinator for your fantastically fun passion. Ideas for future events/coordinators are endless, but examples are: nature walks/hikes, doggie walks, star gazing, camping, comedy clubs, museums, canoeing, edible plant walks, native plant walks, herbal crafting, visiting Austin’s garden centers like Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center and Zilker Gardens, Foodies unite!, Food Trucks Anonymous and so on. Our location at Wildflower is wheelchair accessible, and every effort will be made to select accessible locations for off church ground events.
