The Beauty and Challenges of Diversity: Our Unitarian Universalist Flower Communion

We will explore the various gifts and challenges that diversity brings into our life while celebrating our Unitarian Universalist ritual of Flower Communion. Everyone including children are invited to participate by bringing a flower for yourself and each member of your family. The flower can be from your garden, from the countryside, or just a flower of your choice. Flowers will be provided for those of us who are flower-bringing challenged. This worship service will explore how an embrace and engagement of diversity is important for spiritual growth as individuals and as a religious community.
