The Promise and the Practice of our Faith
It takes a commitment to do something truly different as we are called to be bold in how we are living, leading, and giving to support the work to dismantle white supremacy culture, racism, and oppression from within and beyond. Our Unitarian Universalist Association has asked our congregations to take at least one Sunday to center the history, the perspectives, the voices and the leadership of Black Unitarian Universalists.
This worship service will explore the history of African Americans within Unitarian Universalism and center their stories of struggle and too rarely success.
