speaker: Rev. Brian Ferguson | The Irish poet, John O'Donohue said "When someone fails or disappoints you, may the graciousness with which you engage be their stairway to renewal and refinement." These are challenging words, asking us when disappointed by someone to engage them in a way to be their "stairway to renewal." I wonder if we can take this idea further and perhaps how we engage can be both our and their stairway to renewal. This worship service will explore how when disappointed we can connect with others to find paths forward for growth of ourselves and those who disappoint us.
