Fully Living in Anxious Times
We live in time of much anxiety and a major focus of religion is to help us live more fully into our life-affirming values. Living with anxiety can increase our fear, our worry and our emotional tiredness, all of which can thwart us living into our best selves. Religion at its best seeks to address suffering in our community and provide a message of hope to enrich our lives. This worship service will explore how we can respond to anxiety by living more fully into our spiritual values both as individuals and as a religious community.
