Flower Communion
IN THE COMMUNITY ROOM
Come join us for the flower communion, a Unitarian Universalist tradition. This ritual celebrates our connection in community and the beauty and harmony of diversity. By exchanging flowers, we commit to honor each person’s gifts, suport each other through difficult times and hold each other in loving accountability for our actions. We encourage you to bring a locally grown flower to appreciate and exchange as part of worship – and we’ll have flowers available if all you have bandwidth to bring is yourself.
Children and youth in kindergarten through 12th grade will be a part of this intergenerational experience and will not be meeting in their classes.
