Wildflower is engaging in one of the most exciting, challenging and potentially fulfilling activities for a religious community: the Search for a New Minister. Finding the best match between a congregation and a potential minister is vitally important and will be the focus of the work the Ministerial Search Team (MST) over the next 9 months. The MST does this work on behalf of the congregation and needs the engagement of the congregation to understand: what are our priorities for the skills and temperament necessary for our next minister?

This worship service will explore the work our congregation and our Ministerial Search Team need to do together to determine what we want from our next Minister.
