Our Unitarian Universalist Flower Communion: Celebrating Diversity
We will explore the various beauty and challenges that diversity brings into our life while celebrating our Unitarian Universalist ritual of Flower Communion. Everyone including children are invited to participate by bringing a flower for yourself and each member of your family. The flower can be from your garden, from the countryside, or just a flower of your choice. Flowers will be provided for those of us who are flower-bringing challenged. This intergenerational worship service will celebrate the gifts and beauty that diversity can bring to our spiritual growth as individuals and as a religious community.
There will also be a new member ceremony during our worship service where we celebrate and welcome those who wish to deepen their relationship and commitment to our Wildflower community.
