Let it Fall
Let it fall on the dance floor, in the sanctuary, and in the spaces of our lives--it being our joys, our concerns, our prayers, our intentions, and our celebrations. Together, we will explore and talk about integrating dance, movement, and music as tools for healing and spiritual practices. Join us as we embody this week’s themes of Taking Risks, Joy, and Release in a compassionate, non-judgmental, inclusive, and safe environment.
