Why should we learn to be vulnerable when the world is such a scary place? Why would we venture into potentially dangerous territory when we know everything could end in disaster? Come on a journey with the archetype of The Fool, our vulnerable guide in this world that is both frightening and wonderful. Bis Thornton (he/him, she/her) is an aspiring UU minister and a recent graduate of Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. As an artist and preacher, she is passionate about the power of creative expression to bring about both justice and joy. He is also always happy to share vegan recipes, talk about tarot cards, or swap horror movie recommendations. Children (age 5 and older) and Youth will be meeting in person in their classes after being present in the sanctuary for the first part of the service. Children 6 weeks to 4 years of age are welcome in our Nursery.
