In this gathering led by Shaman Jesus Garcia, we will connect with the healing spirit of water as we devote ourselves in community to create a sunflower essence through the practice of spiritual herbalism. We will follow our practice by connecting to our child spirit in a guided root work meditation, prompting exploration, kindness and compassion. We will close our circle with a healing bell chime and inner peace questions for our next offering (writing intention, questions, words on a piece of paper).   Children and youth in grades pre-k through 12th will be meeting in person in their classes after being present in the sanctuary for the first part of the service. The nursery is available for babies and children from 6 weeks to 5 years old during the entire service period. You may choose either option for your child if they are 5 years old.
