Fear and Courage, Despair and Hope: It must be Easter

This time of Passover in the Jewish Tradition and Easter in the Christian tradition is one of the most important religious periods of the year. Our Unitarian Universalist movement grew out of the Judeo-Christian tradition but our relationship with Easter can be difficult or complicated for many of us. Yet the major themes of courage overcoming fear and hope overcoming despair are timeless religious themes which most people can relate to. This worship service will explore how the themes of Easter, Hope and Courage in the face of Despair and Fear, are universal and timeless sources of religious meaning.
