Easter is the most religiously significant time of the year for Christians as they explore the meaning and significance of the resurrection of Jesus.  The idea of resurrection can be difficult for many of us in our contemporary society to accept but the idea is part of the mythology of many cultures therefore deserves some serious thought.  Religion is primarily about mean-making therefore what meaning can Unitarian Universalists make of the idea of a spiritual resurrection as opposed to a bodily one. This worship service explores what possibilities are open to understanding a Spiritual Resurrection as a re-invention or profound transformation of ourselves or our society.
