As the one-year anniversary of Hurricanes Harvey and Maria have arrived, and Florence has inundated the east coast, we are reminded both of the systemic inequities troubling the aftermaths of these storms and of the portents of climate change. Diving deeper, we explore the connections between water, especially raging water, and the psyche at the symbolic level, and how that relates to our world and to the forces of transformation and healing.
