The ebb and flow of tension and release is what separates music from noise. The spiritual life should be a little like our favorite music, stretching and resolving, challenging as well as comforting. Join us for a service exploring the balance of tension and release, attending to our fears and anxieties, as well as our connections and consolations. Matt Meyer is a musician and worship leader who has led hundreds of services for UU congregations across the country. He has a degree in hand drumming and serves as Director of Community Life for Sanctuary Boston. Children and Youth will be meeting in person in their classes after being present in the sanctuary for the first part of the service.
