Interested in Renting Space in Central Austin?
The spaces we have available:
- Community room – 1,296 sq. ft., 70 persons – fewer if social distancing is being observed or if using tables, etc.
- Two classrooms – each 225 sq. ft., 8- 12 persons
- Sanctuary, nursery or outside spaces can be requested as well, but these will require additional approval since they are shared spaces with Faith Presbyterian Church
Submitting a request:
A request to our Facilities and Safety Team should be submitted 30 days before the occurrence of the event.
Requests to use our space may be approved if:
- The space is available
- There is a Wildflower sponsor available to be present during the room use
- The group/organization has a purpose and activities that align with our mission and values
- The event does not:
- Raise revenue for a for-profit entity**
- Include any form or evidence of partisan political activity***
**Not-for-profits may hold such events
***Informational issue advocacy by public officials and candidates for office is allowed as long as there is no reference to partisan political activity in any form.
By reserving our space, you agree to the following:
- Church emergencies (funerals or other unforeseen events) take precedence over all other events, and may result in a revocation of this agreement.
- You and your group are responsible for leaving the premises in the same condition you found them. Trash cans more than half full must be bagged and taken to the dumpster and new trash can liners put in place; countertops and tables wiped down; tables and chairs returned to their original places, etc.*
- You and your group are responsible for the repair and/or replacement of any damage caused by your group during the activity other than normal wear and tear.
- You and your group are responsible for any negligence by attendees or guests at your event.
- Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times without exception. Children may not be left alone on any part of the church premises, including the playground. If children are in a separate room from the adults participating in the event, two adults must be present at all times. If this is a childcare situation using the nursery, Wildflower would need to background check the care providers.
- You may be contacted by Wildflower Church staff regarding additional insurance requirements.
