When giving prophetic pronouncements in the New Testament of the Bible, Jesus said “he who has ears to hear, let him hear.” We still sometimes use words like this as a metaphorical way to say to each other, “listen up! This is important!” But hearing what today’s prophetic voices are saying to Unitarian Universalists takes more than just “ears to hear:” it takes courage in the heart. Join us as we shift the act of really listening to our siblings in faith, so that we can do it not just with ears or eyes or heads, but with our most radical and courageous hearts.
